Your catalog is right in your ERP. It’s wrong everywhere it goes.
Publish one correct version of your product data to every dealer, distributor and customer system that asks — ETIM and BMEcat filled from your own drawings and datasheets, with a source on every value.

Built for industrial manufacturer catalog operations
Manufacturers rarely have a data problem inside the building — the article master is right, and engineering knows what changed. The problem starts at the edge. A dealer orders position 14 from an exploded view and gets the part from the wrong production year. A customer’s PIM rejects your BMEcat because three ETIM features are missing, and someone fills them in by hand — again. The web shop, the PDF catalog and the distributor portal each show a different length for the same article, because each was built from a different export on a different day. Claro sits between your systems and everything downstream: it resolves which record is current, fills the features each standard requires from documents you already have, and publishes one version outward, with a source on every value.
Position 14 on the exploded view maps to three different order codes, depending on the production year. The drawing doesn’t say which.
What goes in, what comes back
Claro writes back through files and APIs rather than certified connectors, so this list is a guide, not a limit.
What happens to your data after it leaves the building
Dealers order the wrong part because the exploded view, the price list and the ERP disagree about which code is current.
A customer’s PIM rejects your BMEcat over missing ETIM features, and someone fills them in by hand every time that customer updates.
The print catalog, the web shop and the distributor portal are three separate manual jobs done on the same data.
Who it's for, and how Claro runs it.
ERP records, datasheets, exploded drawings, certificates, the catalog you already lay out.
Which revision is current, and which code supersedes which.
ETIM and eCl@ss features filled from your own documents, each value cited.
BMEcat, Excel, API or print-ready — per channel and per customer.
From first call to a working pilot in ~11 business days.
We look at one real file
Bring a genuine supplier file and we walk it end to end, together.
No pre-cleaning
The file goes in exactly as it arrived — messy is the normal case.
Matched & reviewable
A matched, enriched, sourced output on your own data, not a canned demo.
Scoped and signed
Measurable outcomes agreed, a pilot running on one real flow.
Build once. Deploy across every team.
Claro learns your rules once and applies them continuously — every run makes the next one better, and the same layer serves catalog, sales, procurement and your agents without a rebuild.
Industrial manufacturers: common questions
Can you produce BMEcat and ETIM output our customers actually accept?
Yes — to the ETIM release and BMEcat profile each customer specifies, with a validation report before anything goes out.
We lay the catalog out in InDesign. Does that have to change?
No. Claro produces the structured data underneath it; your layout stays where it is and stops being re-keyed by hand.
How do you handle superseded and revision-specific part numbers?
As a chain, not a field — every code keeps its predecessors and successors, with the date and the document that established each link.
Does this replace our PIM?
No. If you have one, Claro fills it. If you don’t, Claro is what would have fed it.
